**Purpose**

The Training Specialist for the Collections unit is responsible for supporting resource management and overseeing training initiatives, ensuring alignment with IB’s collections strategy and the bank’s established policies.

**Accountabilities**

+ Act as a champion of a customer-centric culture, strengthening client relationships and leveraging the Bank’s enterprise-wide relationships, systems, and knowledge.

+ Lead role-specific, general, and mandatory training programs within the Collections Center.
