Utilizes an extensive knowledge of safety to develop programs that affect attitudinal development and modifications of behavior for the purpose of training ARNG personnel in safe job performance and conservation of resources. --Serves as the chief safety education consultant to the ARNG and the safety personnel of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
