Training specialist

Overview of the position: Manage and execute the training programs, working closely with the different areas of the company to identify the needs related to training.
Typical tasks:
Execute the different training programs implemented in KMX
Analyze the evaluations and tools to measure the effectiveness of the programs and courses
Manage and update training related reports in SAP
Manage invoices and payments for suppliers
Legal compliance of the training according to the STPS requirements
Qualifications:
Engineer degree or related
Knowledge of L&D theories and methodologies
Experience in training compliance (STPS)
Learning Strategies knowledge
