**What You Will Do:**

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support a prominent, fast paced federal program focused on strengthening internal training and professional development. In this role, you will work closely with program leadership to design, enhance, and deliver training solutions that help teams across the organization perform at their best. You will contribute to a wide range of learning initiatives from developing new course content and refreshing existing materials, to planning lesson structures and crafting engaging written and visual training elements.
