Job Description

Summary:

Working within a multi-disciplinary team to onboard new employees to the Behavioral Health Home and School Based Therapy programs. Training staff who work in comprehensive case management services and school-based services to improve mental health, and in conjunction with the primary care provider, academic teams, and improve total health to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbances.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designated onboarding and training needs of all new employees during their 90-day probationary period in the Behavioral Health Home and School-Based Therapy Departments.
  • Manages a caseload in varying size based on program need, meeting all licensing and department requirements.
  • Responsible for creating and dispersing weekly communication with the Behavioral Health Home and School-Based Therapy teams via the Weekly Reader.
