About the Role

As Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream continues to grow across company-owned and franchise stores, we are looking for an experienced Training & Operations Excellence Manager to build strong frontline capability and ensure consistent store standards across all locations.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands QSR operations deeply and can translate that into structured training, strong execution, and operational discipline.
