Our client in Tete is looking for Training Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Tobacco Sector.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with EHSQ management to assess training needs across all operations.
Execute and ensure the implementation of the annual training plan.
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to the company’s specific EHSQ needs.
Define the most appropriate format for each training session, whether classroom-based, on-the-job, workshops, or talks.
Deliver training programs on Environmental, Health, and Safety topics, ensuring alignment with the company’s internal procedures.
