Training Manager - Operation Support

This role designs and conducts Corporate’s Cemetery Operations Support Department employee training programs, both in person and virtually. Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of employee training during the orientation period and for career development is expected. Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, initiate employee training best practices and travel is required.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Determines training objectives and communicates goals
+ Develops training documentation, presentations and support materials
+ Manages time effectively
+ Delivers training on all related subjects for the process, application or system
+ Provides clear directions for learning activities and exercises
+ Explains the purpose of the course content and its components
