We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Training for KFC, supporting the East Market, to lead end-to-end training and capability development across the region. The role will focus on aligning learning initiatives with business and operations KPIs while building a strong leadership pipeline. The position will be based out of Guwahati.
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end training and capability development across the East Market, ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with business and operational KPIs, while building leadership bench strength and a robust succession pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Training Execution
- Plan, coordinate & conduct New Hire training programs
- Ensure timely execution of New Product / Launch trainings
- Execute Management Trainee & MUT (Manager Under Training) programs
- Conduct behavioral, soft skills & managerial capability sessions
- Plan & conduct Board of Reviews (TM–AC levels)
