Training Manager – Grape Farming Operations
We are building Maharashtra’s first structured rural labour ecosystem for grape farming.
We are looking for a highly driven, field-first Training Manager (Rural) to lead skill development, compliance, and quality control across grape farming clusters.
⚠️ This is NOT a desk job. This role requires 80%+ on-ground travel across rural farming zones.
Role Overview
You will lead and mentor 2–3 junior field executives (and scale this team over time). You will own:
- Labour compliance & governance
- Skill assessment & certification
- Training module creation
- On-ground quality control
- Safety & transport audits
- Labour standardisation across clusters
You are responsible for building discipline, skill depth, and execution quality across hundreds of labourers.
