Training Manager - Grapes

We are building Maharashtra’s first structured rural labour ecosystem for grape farming.

We are looking for a highly driven, field-first Training Manager (Rural) to lead skill development, compliance, and quality control across grape farming clusters.

⚠️ This is NOT a desk job. This role requires 80%+ on-ground travel across rural farming zones.

You will lead and mentor 2–3 junior field executives (and scale this team over time). You will own:

• Labour compliance & governance
• Skill assessment & certification
• Training module creation
• On-ground quality control
• Safety & transport audits
• Labour standardisation across clusters

You are responsible for building discipline, skill depth, and execution quality across hundreds of labourers.
