Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that ensure workforce readiness, client satisfaction, and seamless project transitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver New Hire Induction and Calendar Training Programs.

- Research client products/services and provide training solutions during the RFP stage.

- Act as a training consultant during new project transitions and deployments.

- Support agents during Pilot & Nesting phases, ensuring smooth transition to production.

- Conduct technology training for new engineers as per business requirements.
