JOB SUMMARY

Design and maintain company training system and responsible for all training related work as an integral support member of the training team. Inclusive of making Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan. Supervise status of training budget and control the procedure of external training courses. Assist department managers for training related projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and co-work with department heads for consolidate training plan for each department, and implement the approved plan.
• Draft, revise and perfect the employee training manual, develop and maintain the training system.
