Training Facilitator

We are looking for a Training Facilitator to support our training and development function, improve the quality of learning and evaluate training programmes for our learners and employees. You will be responsible for developing, facilitating, assessing and producing training programmes within an organization. This role includes not only conducting training sessions, but also developing lesson plans, providing support to learners, overseeing meeting logistics, and measuring the programmes success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or coordinate induction assessments that are in line with organisation’s requirements.
• Ensure employees are properly equipped in training skills to meet business' objectives.
• Work closely with the senior training officer to provide support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs.
• Develop best in class assessments of all training (inductions and re-fresher induction).
