Job Description

Training Facilitators drive key aspects of the training program, including training design, the training matrix, documentation, and training quality. Acts as a vital partner in building the skills of production and support teams, collaborating with production leaders and designated trainers to ensure training is delivered efficiently, effectively, and with lasting impact. This role will work closely with our second and night shift employees. If working afternoon or night shifts is your passion this could be the perfect role for you!

What You Will Do:
Conducts initial, refresher, or follow-up training sessions covering specified areas such as orientations, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, quality, and EHS.

Manages new hire training process throughout the entire training life cycle: Creates plan for new hire training and partnership with the designated trainer(s).
