About the Role
We are hiring a Training Expert – Agile Delivery Lead to play a key role in building and scaling the company's technical training system. This position will serve as the mentor, hands-on trainer, course standardizer, and delivery benchmark for the training team.
The role is focused on early-stage core training delivery, development of standardized training materials, knowledge transfer, and coaching internal trainers. The ideal candidate should have strong frontline training delivery capability, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to convert field experience into practical, structured, and reusable training content.
