In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives
Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads
