Responsibilities
Developing, launching and facilitating training and development programs, company culture programs, and assisting in organizational development initiatives on a worldwide basis.
Develop the global integration program, implement the global training and development plan
Deliver training courses focusing on continuous Improvement as the dominant value
Support to develop and revamp the e-learning portal & recommend potential mediums/platforms for training and development programs

Requirements
