Training Development & Life Cycle Support IPT Lead

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team to support the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project, pending contract award. The LVCTS project will deliver advanced simulation and training solutions to the Canadian Army (CA) at five sites across Canada: Edmonton, Alberta; Shilo, Manitoba; Petawawa, Ontario; Valcartier, Quebec; and Gagetown, New Brunswick.

As the Training Development and Life Cycle Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of all work within the LVCTS Training Development and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) domain. This is a key role that involves leading a cross‑functional team, managing technical deliverables, and ensuring success across cost, schedule and performance metrics. This position will be located at our offices in either Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.
