Training Development Assistant

The Opportunity: 

As a trainer, you’re passionate about delivering differentiated instruction in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for delivering an array of training programs to Radio Battalion-level signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic warfare (EW), cyberspace operations, and tactical communications missions in support of the Marine Corps. 

As a trainer on our team, you’ll plan, organize, and provide in-person synchronous and asynchronous instruction for our internal partner through live audience instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge, and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you’ll be armed with the resources you need to excel, including command-staff level engagement to focus current and emerging training needs.
