Training Delivery Instructor (MMR/Bowman, Navy CIS)

Key Information

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – term‑time only (45 weeks per year)

Location: HMS Collingwood

Eligibility: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver classroom and practical training on MMR (PRC‑163/167) radio systems
• Deliver BOWMAN operator and systems training
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, training aids, and practical scenarios
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure training aligns with RN standards, safety, and assurance requirements
• Support course reviews and continuous improvement activity
• Represent Capita professionally within a military training environment
