Fletcher Construction is seeking a talented and innovative Training Coordinator to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).About the RoleIn this role, you’ll organise and support training across a major infrastructure project. You’ll work closely with teams on site and in the office to ensure people have the skills, qualifications and support they need to do their jobs safely and well.This is a hands-on role with variety, where you’ll manage training schedules, coordinate providers, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.Plan and coordinate training and assessment activities across the project
