This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail driven, and passionate about building capability, ensuring compliance, and supporting a strong safety culture.

You'll be responsible for coordinating structured training plans, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring alignment with SOPs and work instructions, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
