We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the global Talent Development team in the People and Culture function for a one-year fixed-term position (parental leave). Global Talent Development helps our employees with career paths, onboarding, mentoring, training, and other career development-related processes, services, and systems. This position will be in Helsinki. We hope you can work on-site in the office at least 3 days a week.
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' skills and knowledge by managing and coordinating both internal and external training offerings globally within a Talent Development team.
