Training Coordinator

The Role

Belgravia Group's RTO are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Training Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs across multiple locations, ensuring trainers, students and clients have everything they need for a seamless learning experience.

Working closely with our National Training Manager, trainers and clients, you will manage course schedules, enrolments, travel coordination and student administration while maintaining compliance with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) requirements. Your ability to juggle competing priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and maintain exceptional attention to detail will be key to your success.
