What you’ll do:

• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered.
• Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate register and document training activities in the company.
• Responsible for imparting training required and necessary to maintain the optimum level of competence of production employees.
• Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and support to Trainers and trainees.
• Follow‑up on certifications/recertification process.
• All other tasks arising for the improvement and implementation of the goals and objectives for training development of production personnel.
• Developing skills of Production Operators guiding them to fulfill their roles and goals.
• Reports, System Updates, Training, assessing and Documenting.
• L2L update - Training Facilitation - Certification Process - Kappa Certification and detection - Registration and Maintaining Training Doc...
