About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and engaging Training Coordinator to support the delivery of high quality training across our residential children's homes.

This role is key in ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and values required to support children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. You will play an active role in embedding our therapeutic approach, supporting staff development and maintaining high standards of practice across all homes.

Working closely with the Training Manager, you will support the delivery of the training strategy, assist with qualification pathways and contribute to quality assurance processes....
