Training and development

An opportunity for a contract instructor within our central Colorado Operations area. This position will be located at the Littleton, Colorado facility and will be responsible for training Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians at Waterton Canyon & Highlands Ranch locations. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of industry specifications for these processes as well as experience training adult learners. Basic Qualifications:

Current or previous IPC Certification

Connector Mate & Demate operations experience

Hardware Torquing experience

Adhesive Bonding experience

Minimum four-years manufacturing experience

Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience

Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
