Reporting to the Training Supervisor, you will be part of the Training Department. You will ensure that training goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

• Participate and assist in daily morning meetings with the training team.
• Deliver training programs related to Health & Safety, equipment, and processes.
• Plan and organize employee training and evaluations with the concerned departments.
• Regularly follow up on employees’ performance by setting up meetings with the concerned departments.
• Assist with required evaluations of operators (candidate selection, class change, promotion assessments).
• Ensure thorough verification, application, and development of training content based on procedures, rules, and regulations.
