Trainer

**_Effective 6/28/26:_**

**Starting base pay will increase to $22/hour**

**1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities with the ability to earn up to $23.50/hour based on position/shift.**

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Trainer will provide training for Outfitters including, but not limited to: new hire training, department-specific training, MHE & equipment training, cross training, and retraining as required.

Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Onboards new hires and trains them on all company policies and procedures.
+ Works with Supervisors and Operations Managers to develop creative ways to deliver a consistent training message to all Outfitters.
+ Conveys the importance of customer satisfaction.
+ Trains and educates Outfitters on power equipment while emphasizing safety.
