Trainer

Requirements

• Proactive and experienced BPO Trainer with 2+ years of training experience in leading US voice campaigns within Rawalpindi/Islamabad call centers
• Proven track record of improving agent performance, CSAT scores, and onboarding efficiency through effective training modules
• Expertise in Sales, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, DME, and QA training
• Passion for developing raw talent into top-performing agents

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Trainer OR 3+ years as a top-performing agent looking to transition into a training role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Medicare
  • Final Expense
  • ACA
  • DME
  • Other US-based voice campaigns
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Ability to conduct:
  • Product training
