Responsibilities
Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programmes
Design and develop competency framework and developmental paths
Qualifications
A recognised university degree
Strong oral and written communication skills
Confident with good interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong conceptual thinking ability and adaptability to new technology and digital tools / platforms
Experienced in one or more of the following:
a) Soft skills training
b) Competency framework design and talent development
c) Development of training or organisational learning activities / gamification
Experience in Banking operations / credit / Islamic banking / sales of financial products will be an added advantage
Display consistent self-development and awareness of industry trends
This position may include travel to other locations and will require flexibility in scheduling
