We're looking for a Trainer to join a successful food manufacturing business, helping develop skills, improve performance and build confidence across the production team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver practical training, assess competency, support new starters and work closely with managers to identify and close skills gaps.

What you'll be doing

Delivering on-the-job training across production teams
Supporting onboarding and ongoing development of employees
Conducting competency assessments and maintaining training records
Managing training matrices and learning systems
Working with operational leaders to identify training needs
Promoting food safety, health & safety and best practice standards
Supporting continuous improvement and operational change projects
