Role Overview

As Trainer, Health and Safety (Mill), you will play a strategic role in supporting safe, effective, and standardized mill operations through training and competency development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and development programs for mobile equipment operators and mill personnel, ensuring workers are properly authorized, competent, and qualified to perform assigned duties.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of training programs, instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment resources.
