Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
Conduct new product launch trainings (Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare) to ensure all Beauty Consultants are confident and aligned with brand messaging and service standards.
Deliver onboarding training for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing members to maintain knowledge consistency and elevate client experience.
Design and deliver engaging, interactive training experiences that reflect Guerlain’s luxury standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
