Trainer - COE

The COE Trainer is responsible for delivering high‑quality, practical, and competency‑based training for civil construction trades to ensure a safe, skilled, and job‑ready workforce. The role focuses on improving technical capability, productivity, safety compliance, and workmanship standards across civil construction activities in line with UAE regulations, client standards, and project requirements.

Training Delivery & Assessment

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on practical training for the specific trades such as Masonry, Shuttering/Formwork, Steel Fixing, Concreting, General Civil Works, Carpenter, Gypsum works, etc.
• Conduct induction, refresher, upskilling, and corrective training programmes.
• Demonstrate correct tools, equipment usage, methods of work, and best practices.
• Adapt training delivery to suit low‑literacy and multi‑national workforces.
