Job Description

Support the development of production employees by delivering training, maintaining training materials, and ensuring operators are competent to perform their jobs safely and effectively. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to build workforce capability and support operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Deliver onboarding, technical, and refresher training for production employees.
+ Prepare and maintain training materials, assessments, and certification records.
+ Coordinate training schedules with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
+ Assess employee competency and manage operator certification and recertification.
+ Promote quality awareness and support continuous learning across the production floor.
+ Provide training support to production while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
