Trainee Tutor - Early Years (South)

Location: Remote based with travel required for learner observations and meetings

Vacancy Locations: Various locations including Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth and Salisbury

Starting Salary: For Level 2/3 - Up to £26,500 and for Level 4/5 Up to £28,500

Following the success of our first cohorts of Trainee Personal Tutors at our sister company Paragon Skills, we are looking to replicate the trainee tutor model here at Shaping Lives to support Early Years industry experts join us and become qualified Tutors.

As Trainee Tutor , you will develop your training knowledge by completing our inhouse training programme and learn the skills to effectively deliver innovative and impactful learning to all learners. Whilst using your industry experience, knowledge, and passion for your chosen sector you will support a growing diverse caseload of learners as they progress through their qualifications.
