Thinking about working in a school but don’t have experience yet? This is a way in.
We’re looking for Trainee Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Chippenham. You don’t need a background in education, we’ll train you and support you into your first placement. We can offer roles within: primary, secondary and SEND schools.
You’ll be working in real classrooms, building confidence and getting hands-on experience while learning on the job.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
Helping teachers with day-to-day classroom tasks
Supporting behaviour and keeping pupils engaged
Getting used to different school settings and routines
Building confidence working with children
