If you are applying without any education setting experience, we will fund your online training courses in SEND, Behaviour Management, Challenging Behaviours, Safeguarding and Introduction into becoming a Teaching Assistant. As agency staff, you will be working at a mix of SEN schools, ranging from ASC, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviours, Learning Difficulties and PMLD.
