Trainee Service Technician

Reporting into the National Workshop Manager, the new Trainee Service Technician (“TST”) will be based at our Notting Hill head office. Further to completion of training requirements, the TST will attain a full Field Service Technician status.  The TST will start at an entry level, play a role in servicing Draeger safety devices, and participate in a comprehensive, hands-on training program over the course of 2 years.  Key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance, repair, and testing of safety devices for customers;
• Generate service reports for customers via CRM Service;
• Maintain accurate service records;
• Prepare quotations for customers;
• Prepare, negotiate, and gain agreement for new and current service contracts;
• Generate, develop, and maintain the rental business;
• Deliver technical product training courses to customers...
