Daily Expectations & Routine

You will support pupils aged 4–11 with autism, SEMH and communication needs.

You will:

• Shadow experienced SEN staff initially
• Support sensory breaks
• Help with literacy and numeracy tasks
• Reinforce behaviour expectations
• Assist with structured play and social skills

Pupils leave at 3:30pm. Staff remain until 4:00pm for reflection and learning.
