  A construction and Façade specialist is looking to add a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team.

 About You
 We are keen to speak with candidates with Quantity Surveying Degree or demonstrable quantity surveying experience.
 The Role
 Develop an understanding of project specifications, pricing structures and contractual conditions
 Assist with supplier/sub-contractor selection
 Placing on supplier/sub-contractor orders and ensuring appropriate documentation is issues
 Recording and tracking of progress against agreed time scales
 Measure, value and submit contract variations with sub-contractors
 Assist with the compilation of CVR's
