Project Management & Delivery

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping to handover, ensuring milestones are met and installations comply with Sika's global and local standards.
• Develop project schedules and manage CAPEX budgets effectively.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with internal teams, site managers, and external contractors throughout project implementation.
• Prepare business cases, technical specifications, and post-implementation reviews for senior management.

On-Site Support & Safety

• Supervise on-site installations, ensuring work is performed safely and to high standards.
• Conduct safety risk assessments for new equipment and processes, adhering to Sika's WHS protocols.
