Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Support senior estimators in developing accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Use Bluebeam Revu for digital plan review, markup, and measurement.
Utilize PlanSwift for efficient and accurate material quantity estimation.
Participate in bid preparation, vendor quotation analysis, and document control.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure estimate alignment with project scope.
Maintain updated databases of costs and estimation templates.
