Overview Role Title:  Trainee Merchandiser 
Department:  Merchandising 
Reports To:  Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager 
Contract Type:  Full-Time (35 hours), Fixed Term (until 31st December 2026) 
Working Arrangements/Pattern:  Monday-Friday (hybrid working 3 days in the office) 
Working Location:  Havant, Hampshire 
Salary/Hourly Rate:  £25,963 (to support equitable pay, this role has a fixed salary for all colleagues in the position)
