Job Description

This is a hands-on, learning-first role working alongside our Head of Food Safety across our 30+ store operation. You'll move beyond textbook compliance and into real retail environments, seeing how food safety connects to buying decisions, cold chain management, store operations, and team culture. You'll be taught, mentored, and trusted with real work from day one.
What You'll Do
Observe and assist with food safety audits across our stores; learn to spot risks before they become problems
Support the Head of Food Safety in reviewing HACCP plans, cold chain protocols, allergen management, and food safety documentation
Help identify where food safety standards and operational reality meet — and where gaps exist
Work with store teams to understand their food safety responsibilities and compliance requirements in practical terms
Assist with food safety training delivery and inductions for new team members
