We are recruiting for a Trainee / Improver Estimator & Contracts Manager to join a specialist subcontractor within the drylining and suspended ceilings sector. This is a development role offering training across both estimating and contract management duties, working alongside experienced professionals with long-term progression opportunities. Requirements: Some experience within construction (ideally interiors/drylining) Good numerical and IT skills Full UK Driving Licence Strong willingness to learn and progress Desirable: Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Exposure to take-off/estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam or similar) Understanding of construction processes and site-based work Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience CSCS card What's on offer: Training and development Career progression Company benefits package To apply, please submit your CV for consideration.
