Job Description
To provide support to the Information Technology department in activities relating to technical support, computer equipment maintenance, user support, basic network administration and IT systems support, thereby contributing to the company's operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
- Carry out the installation and basic configuration of computer equipment, printers and peripheral devices.
- Assist with the preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
- Follow up on technical support tickets.
- Assist with the administration of user accounts and system access.
- Assist with IT equipment inventory activities.
- Assist with the installation and updating of authorised software.
- Perform data backups when required.
- Document incidents and implemented solutions.
