• Work with the sales team to improve store executions and implementations through store visits
• Analyze EPOS data and provide insights to sale steam on consumer insights and market trends
• Coach and mentor all team members, especially direct reports for performance and work closely with them during
the various stages of the performance cycle (goal setting, performance evaluations etc.)
• Collaborate with existing suppliers to expand product categories & also collaborate with new potential suppliers to
expand into new product categories to generate revenues
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility- develop planogram
• Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
• Develop strategic plan for new launches & also develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
